VION Food Netherlands produces safe and tasty meat
VION produces safe and tasty pork products on the basis of the prevailing quality and market requirements.
VION supplies its pork products to the meat-processing industry and the retail sector in the Netherlands, and exports it to various European countries including Germany, the UK, Italy and Greece. Our products are also marketed to countries outside the EU, such as South Korea, Japan and the USA.
Market-oriented production
VION bases its production on the wishes and requirements that exist in its markets. VION has developed four market concepts for this: Good Farming Global, Good Farming Star, Good Farming Welfare, and Good Farming Organic. Pig farmers choose one of these concepts. VION is responsible for testing, maintaining a central records system for test results, and information provision in the chain.
