Sonac plasma protects piglets from E. coli infection in British trial

Recently, Sonac financed a piglet trial at the Scottish Agricultural College (SAC) as the British market favours technical data obtained under typical British farming conditions.

The trial confirmed the excellent performance of plasma, compared to a high-quality dairy protein. More importantly, piglets challenged by a pathogen suffered no significant loss in technical performance when fed with plasma."
