Digital billing: fast and efficient
VION participates in the Z factuur online invoicing system. This system enables pig farmers who deliver to VION Food Netherlands to make use of digital billing. This service was developed by ZET solutions, with the support of Rabobank and ZLTO. Z factuur is highly user-friendly and can also be used by people who do not have a lot of accounting and/or technical knowhow.
How does it work?
Z factuur sends VION’s invoices in a digital format. Pig farmers receive their statements on their computers within three days, broken down for the individual sites if necessary. The explanation given on the statement is limited to deductions, mark-ups and the VAT for every delivery, but it is also possible to zoom in on such information as the specifications per pig that has been delivered.
This information can easily be coupled to the farmer's accounting system. The data is copied automatically, considerably reducing the risk of mistakes and enabling time to be saved.
