VION Enschede

On 30 August 2010, VION started processing beef at its location in Enschede, the Netherlands.

Meat processing is the first activity VION started at the former Weyl Beef Products plant in Enschede. Carcasses are jointed and processed according to client wishes there.

The staff have enthusiastically started work. Production increased week in, week out. At the moment some 2,500 carcasses are processed every day.

Production for the Weylander brand has also started again in earnest.
